I have been writing to your customer care for the past one week for a power surge issue and have not got any tangible response from you or your team. I have paid in full, yet you guys have not provided me backup! and you scoot from giving me a simple reply to my email! why? when will you resolve all my issues? I am posting here not knowing where else to write to get your attention?
